Greetings!
My faith journey began when I became God’s child in my baptism Jan. 18,
1959. I grew up going to church and Sunday School and affirmed my faith
when I was confirmed in this church.
I attended Wartburg College receiving a BA in Social Work and then went
to Wartburg Seminary. I was ordained in 1985 and began my pastoral
ministry in West Prairie, WI. I have also served at Faith Lutheran in
Marshfield, WI and Nazareth Lutheran in Cedar Falls, IA. I am married
and have two children. I was called to serve as Team Pastor at Holy
Trinity on September 1, 2001. My area of emphasis is youth and family
ministry.
I enjoy bike riding, reading, volleyball and spending time with my
family.
Holy Trinity Lutheran Church is a place where all people are welcome. It
is a place where we equip people for ministry and send them out in
service. As a Lutheran Church we believe that God shows us His love for
us through God’s Word and through the Sacraments of Baptism and Holy
Communion. We can know that God loves us and forgives us through his
Son, Jesus who died and the rose from the dead.
We are a growing congregation with people of all ages including many
young families. We have a great church school, confirmation and youth
program. But we also want to encourage people to see the home as church
too. If you are looking for a church or if you are wanting to know more
about God we hope that you will find this a place where you belong. |
