• Reservation forms for use of Holy Trinity facilities

  • The Fellowship Hall/Gathering Place Reservation Request form is to be used by congregational members who wish to use one of our gathering areas for a private event. Examples of acceptable use are: bridal/baby showers, anniversary celebrations, wedding rehearsal dinners or receptions and graduation receptions. The council has decided that the church is not a proper place to host children’s birthday parties.
    
    
     

  • The HTLC Meeting Request Form is for church boards, committees, task force groups, ministry teams, choirs, musical groups, small groups and such to reserve meeting space at the church so that a room will be available and ready for you when you wish to meet.
    
    
    
    It is recommended that you call our church secretary, Shannon Murray, at 964-4348 ext. 10 to check if your date and room are available. Or you may submit the form without calling, and Shannon will call you back if your request cannot be accommodated.
    
    Groups that wish to meet at HTLC that are not for member’s private use or church business should call the church office 964-4348 for a different form and to find out if your group is eligible to meet here.
